Oh boohoo thick bezels waaaaah, who actually cares? If the screens good the screens good bezels are meaningless

I had a monitor with bezels that were in style of phones (glass covering the entire screen but bezels still there. Still broke it when a thing hit the casing from the side. You are not making sense to me.

those foldables are very interesting (phone and tablet all in one), but they still have to improve many things and the're still way too expensive

There's nothing special about these fold phones, they're just a irrelevant gimmick. Give us meaningful upgrades like better screens, battery life, durability, better camera. Last 3 years it's just rehashing the same s..tuff over and over again, I'm really tired of these phone companies and these fold phones that have ultra weak plastic displays. There's not enough innovation and technological advancement so the companies can only resort to stupid things like these fold phones.

GAMIR3DH, 05 May 2023I do not use cases but what does dropping a phone have to do with the bezels question?When a smartphone has a thin bezel, there will be less area to protect the screen panel in it. If it has a thinner protective area, this panel will be more susceptible to damage if it is hit by something that hard.
So with the same screen type (like the same Gorilla Glass version), a phone with a thicker bezel is safer than a "beautiful" phone that has less bezel.
