I had heard about UA products, being new to the Mac world I wanted to take advantage of the discounts to try them, excellent both with Logic and with Studio One, quite simple to use with excellent results on TRACKS and BUS.

Can't get UA Connect to work no matter what
I can't get UAConnect to work, no matter what I try. Giving up on that as its a waste of time. Shame.

Preamp is really good, so good that my 4 stars goes all by that way because personally never use the rest of the chain, the compressor is not so good if you're expeting that and kinda same for the eq. All the energy here is at the pre.

UAD Essentials "Great Value"
This collection of 11 plugins for $49.00 USD offers great value on some well known and revered modelled plugins. The White 2A limiter/Compressor & the EQP-1A EQ are studio staples. UAD quality is well known and respected. Great starter pack at very reasonable price.

Doesn't work, help requests ignored
UA and iLok installed as expected but generated errors when plugins applied to channels. FAQ/Help files were full of small, frustrating, useless hacks to try. Raised a Help ticket but no response. I'll never use these UA plugins, especially as my Waves plugins work first time with zero problems. Total scam.

Unbelievable Deal
Probably the best deal you will ever find (at least for the sale price/12 days special).
Everything in here is useful, classic and will get you going toward mixing some great tracks. The Polysynth is a great hidden gem, while the LA-2A and Pultec deliver that vintage vibe you would expect from UAD.

No support
I can't say anything about the quality of the UAD software, because I can't install the software due to a malfunction of my UAD account.
My support ticket has not been answered for 2 weeks. The UAD software may be good but the UAD support is definitely not. I wonder if UAD has any support at all or if they are just AI boots at work.

Ne fonctionne pas, service client injoignable.
Cela fait plus d'une semaine que j'essaye de joindre le service client sans succès.
Aucun des plug-ins du bundle ne fonctionne, ils sont floutés et affichent que je n'ai pas de licence alors que les licences apparaissent bien dans mon cloud ILOK.
J'ai essayé de suivre les instructions pour résoudre ce problème sans succès.
Je me retrouve avec des plugins inutilisables...
Lamentable service client inexistant.

Ne fonctionne pas quand internet n'est pas disponible et le service client ne répond pas.
J'ai installé normalement ce pack sur mon ordinateur le w-e de mon achat et ai commencé un projet avec et tout fonctionnait, mais..... le mardi suivant je suis allé dans mon conservatoire retrouver mon prof et les musiciens avec lesquels je monte mes projets, ce conservatoire est en béton et internet ne passe pas et le réseau wifi est restreint.... du coup mon ordinateur ne pouvait pas être connecté à internet... et il s'est avéré que les plug-in exigeaient la connexion à internet pour pouvoir fonctionner !!! Il m'a été impossible de d'utiliser ces plug-in, mon temps de travail a été ruiné, le projet inexploitable et la séance de travail perdue !
J'ai écris au service consommateurs pour avoir des explications et demander le remboursement si les plug-in 'e fonctionne pas sans réseau internet accessible. 2 semaines plus tard je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle.....
Je travail dans plusieurs endroits où il n'y a pas internet : acheter ces plug-in revient juste à jeter l'argent par la fenêtre et faire un don indu à UA si je ne peux pas les utiliser ce que je suis censé avoir acheté ! J'attends toujours la réponse et le remboursement.
C'est mon premier achat de plug-in UA et tout ça me donne l'impression d'une anarque et d'une absence de fiabilité tant des plug-in que de UA.
