Great leveling amp.
Had a couple of mixes that sounded good but was just missing something. Ran mixes with the LA-2A leveling amp and boom problem solved.

Great plugins but…
I’m still undecided. Whilst I adore the speed, functionality, sound and overall performance of the extensive set of plugins I just purchased, I am currently and still (30 hours?) awaiting reply from help desk regarding a mistaken purchase. I understand it is a holiday time for some in the world but most went back to business yesterday. Perhaps better care in digital advertising would prevent my current conundrum as I have no use for or interest in using Lena yet it seems one of my plugins won’t function without it, a fact only found through clicking on the Learn More icon (I didn’t as it was one of multiple I purchased).

NEW PLUGINS CAME WITH MISERY
Just bought my first plugin from UAD in years then I had to do an update and one of my uad-2 cards was in transfer and my history only goes back to 2020 and half my plugins are missing not unauthorized gone. I asked UAD for help because I've been with them for almost 10 years and they called me a liar and did not find it odd at all that 2 of the 5 cards I own only have registration dates through them and my history stops at 2020 which doesn't even include some of the plugins that are registered to me. This is crap and this company is all hype not to mention the sound city plugin is not that great it's a glorified capitol chambers. These guys suck and are very irresponsible. Buy from anywhere else I'm going to sell my cards while there still worth something.

Great sound, beware fatal flaws:
The synth sounds great and is highly intuitive. I wish it had a HPF but otherwise it's great. Two major flaws, particularly for live use:
1. You have to license this via a physical iLok or have an internet connection. Ridiculous! It will not work otherwise, rendering it too risky if not completely useless for live applications. Please please UA, allow it to be licensed to the physical computer like just about every other plugin I use with iLok manager.
2. MIDI CCs are hard-coded into the plugin, so if you build a sound you're proud of, don't wiggle any knobs on any gear you have plugged in, because it can easily be ruined. Again, the risk here for live is insane. I had to use a Max4Live plugin to block all CCs to avoid ruining my sounds on the gig. Now I have to go rebuild them in a different VST having learned this...
So sadly it's just not all that useful unless you're super careful to print your sounds or turn off monitoring on the track.

UA Essentials Editon
Everything download fine. Same for ilok. The plugins appeared on my desktop and in the cloud. There are 7 licenses but none of them are "Active". I've spent days doing everything UA suggests but am having know results. I am surprised that a company like yours who've been around for decades has no online PERSONAL support!!
The plugins I bought should not be that hard to put in. I've been recording for 40yrs and this has never happened with any other company. As of today, the plugins I purchased are useless. I would certainly appreciate it if someone would contact be to help me out.
